Clos Dady Sauternes 2009

Half bottle. A highly complex wine which entices you with its scents of lime, acacia, apricots, grilled almond and honeyed aromas. The palate is luscious and generous with its sweet apricot, honey, roasted nut and marmalade flavours and perfectly balanced with a zesty, lime rind acidity, finishing clean, uplifted and satisfying.

About Clos Dady
Clos Dady is a tiny (3.5-hectare) property situated between Château de Malle and Château Bastor-Lamontagne in the commune of Preignac. Christophe and Catherine Gachet, the owners, were dentist and press-attaché respectively before taking over the estate. The wines, in a very short time, have gained a tremendous reputation in France for their concentration, balance and depth of flavour.
