Taittinger 1998 Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs (Magnum)

Magnum. On the nose the aromas are delicate and with a subtle nuances of wood, but there is great underlying depth. On the palate it offers a lively, clean but balanced first impression. It is fine and lean yet displays excellent length. Flavours of candied citrus fruits predominate, but there is a balanced touch of nuttiness.
