About Dominique Roger
Dominique Roger has a 10-hectare estate in the village of Bué, considered one of the prime vineyard areas of the Sancerre appellation. He has a ”minimal interventionist” viticultural policy, only spraying or treating the vines when absolutely necessary. Dominique is one of the few growers in the region who still hand-harvests all his grapes, and his obsession with quality is amply evidenced in his wines.
